DON'T BUY IT!

DON'T BUY THIS! It doesn't actually "lock" onto the rack, it has a silly little plastic hook that sort of hangs on to it, but as soon as you move the bike, it starts swaying around. No way you could carry anything in it without running into problems. What a huge disappointment and waste of money.
