The only good thing about this focus pad is that it’s longer to protect your wrist.
Compare to an Everlast 4.5 Reebok 4and this particular adidas I give it a 3

Energiser bike light
It’s good value and bright. Supposedly weather proof except the cover might come off like the previous model front. The back one also might come off easily if not secured with a small tape
