I'll give it a 5
Does what we need. We had an older model that was getting kind of ratty. This is a great replacement. I still wish it would go to the answering machine if you don't pick up a call on the other line. The documentation could be more complete concerning the menu choices.

Far better than the old receiver
Great sound and lots of features. The audio is in-sync with the video (unlike the old receiver) but it's also adjustable. I had a problem with the automatic setup of the speaker levels so I did it manually.
