Remote works just fine for cheap money...
Since I lost my original remote for my Vizio soundbar this was a nice replacement. Put batteries in it (not included) and it worked just fine. Would highly recommend, especially at the low price.

Nice product, easy to install.
Following the directions in the comments helped me to install this in less than 20 minutes. I had no issues with bolts or nuts that some of the other reviewers had (also on Amazon.com). I put a dab of caulk on the front and back of the covers to make sure they stayed in place and didn't fly off. I don't have any wind noise that some commented on.

Tool works well once all the software is installed correctly.
The instructions that came with the Quickset as well as what the company had online were poor, at best...I spent a lot of time trying to get it working myself, should have called the company sooner since she told me to install the drivers for the device that were found on one of their webpages, there were NO instructions to install these anywhere. Once I installed them the tool worked perfectly.
