Exactly as advertised...
Arrived within a couple of days, shrink wrapped retail package with USB & key. Much better price than most places, worth upgrading if you need it.

Hugely overpriced and very low quality - a rip off in my opinion. They constantly fail.
Bought this as a replacement for previous controller that died. These are notoriously unreliable and cheaply made. They are crazy expensive for the lack of quality - somebody is making a lot of money for a really dodgy product. Also has a very short cord from the blanket socket to the controller so it doesn't fit as well as the older model with the longer cord. Cheaper than buying a new electric blanket, but very unpleasant experience to be constantly ripped off with the cost of repairing it. Shame on you Sunbeam, your product quality sucks big time.

Simple concept and good execution - the tester is very easy to use and not expensive, with a good build quality.
