poor battery life but it does not matter, other then that every it is expected including the battery considering the age of the system

Online Documentation could be better
The Dymo LabelWriter 4XL is easy to setup and use. calibration was a different issue. Labels didn't print as expected and online documentation was not much help. In the end I played with a live label and made adjustments until i found the desired result. I like it and would highly recommend it, just be ready to tinker with it till it is just right.
