Give this one to friends and family!!
If you're not sure about the dangers of artificial sweeteners, then you NEED to read this book. We bought one copy and now we're going to get several more to give to our friends and family members who guzzle this poison daily by the gallon. We had our suspicions about the safety of products like Splenda, Equal, Sweet-N-Low, etc., and generally avoided them prior to our purchase of this book. Now we check EVERY product label for these chemicals and we no longer purchase ANYTHING that contains them. Read this for YOUR health. Read this for your FRIEND'S health. Read this for your CHILDREN'S health! It is a fairly easy read with plenty of footnotes for further learning. Once you complete it, you will be able to decide for yourself the safety of these unatural compounds and if they need be included in YOUR diet.
