Better than more expensive brands!
In my opinion, better than more expensive brands - this is a model of a classic British car, with right hand steering wheel. I’ve noticed some other models are modelled as left hand drive versions. The item I purchased was perfect with no paint flaws and fine details (such as the windscreen wipers). If you collect 1/43 diecast models, Oxford Diecast comes highly recommended!

Surprisingly good for an old kit!
This is an old kit, so it benefits from PE detailing. I painted my kit to represent an aircraft from HMS Bulwark (this was built as a gift for my Father in Law as he served on board as a Royal Marine in the late 50s). I had to use a combination of the kit decals and some sourced from my ‘spares’. The moulding was surprisingly clear of any flash, but the transparent parts for the side windows had a small gap that needed some filler - but for an old kit they were acceptable. Overall, this was an easy kit to build, with excellent raised rivet detail. I would recommend the purchase of a PE detail set though - it raises the level of both internal (not really visible however) and external detailing.

Nice little model - recommended!
Nice little 1/72 model by Airfix. Lots of detail, options for folded wings or open, also two decal options. I made the open winged version with the red and white striped tail fin. Good for beginners or those getting back into modelling. The undercarriage was a little fiddly, but with care it goes together well. Highly recommended if you want a collection of 1/72 WW2 aircraft.
