Helps to relieve some pain.
The menthol in the Salonpas gel has a cooling effect on the skin which helps relieve some of the pain due to arthritis.

An older book that is still pertinent today.
The version shown here with a black cover is the third printing from the year 2000. Amazingly however,
this book is still relevant today. The pictures are black and white. But, the information presented is well written. In fact, the entire book is laid out in a logical and straight forward manner. I highly recommend it.

Convertible - use it four ways.
This is a warm, well made balaclava. That said, I was a little disappointed to read the fine print on
the box. This particular BULA balaclava is made for Costco Wholesale Corp. It is "made in Cambodia of fabric imported from China". I have many other BULA balaclavas, all of which are made in Canada. There is nothing wrong with this balaclava. Like I said, it is warm and well made.
My disappointment comes solely from the fact that I thought it was manufactured by Bula in Canada.
