  I contacted seller and they responded immediately to correct the items I ordered within the first 3 days. Correspondence was respectful and courteous . The corrected items were received in a timely manner. The seller worked to make sure I received corrected items and was satisfied.   DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SELLER!!!...I bought on the 11th, tried to cancel on the 17th because they hadn't shipped yet...they rejected my cancellation...THEY NEVER SHIPPED THE ITEMS...THEY HAVE MY MONEY, ASKED MANY TIMES FOR REFUND NOW HAVE TO WAIT FOR EBAY TO STEP IN TO GET MY MONEY BACK!

  Hello,We have shipped your package on time from our side and the delay was from USPS delivery services. We checked your tracking and contact to USPS they said your package was in transit and arriving late. Due to Christmas USPS is very busy due to high volume of packages and they delivered items very late.However, your package was also in transit and delivered to you very soon but we had refund your full amount because of our customer satisfaction.
