    Once again I truly apologize for your glasses being improperly packed. It was a rookie mistake on my part. I normally check each box before shipping. This item was boxed and available for many months, I just neglected to re-check the packaging. Lesson learned. I refunded your account immediately upon learning about the damaged goods.
