Top product and good price
I bought this for a Tamron USM f2.8 70-200mm lens and the good news is it fits perfectly even with the tripod mount and lens hood on.

Cheap cheerful and exactly what I expected
I bought these as a very cheap set of speakers for an old PC to enable my mother to use skype. I liked the price - only £4 and the fact that I was reusing some kit that others were likely to bin. They are adequate for the job, certainly not state of the art but load enough and they are actually black which is not clear from the photo. I would definitely buy again at the price asit was virtually giving them away.

Sony DSLR A350 body only
2 of 2 found this helpful I bought the camera because my Konica-Minolta 7D suddenly stopped working and was sent for repair just before Christmas. I am a serious hobby photographer who sells images online (it is pushing it to say semi pro), I was just beginning to build a portfolio when thecamera broke. I have several Minolta, Konica-Minolta and Sony accessories so it seemed appropriate to buy a Sony. Reading reviews and specs online the a350 seemed good as asecond hand camera. a380 was new and too expensive a200 etc seemed alittle basic and lacked the live view feature.
The camera itself was bought, body only for less than £200 it is smaller than anticipated and it does fit neatly in the hand. All of my lenses fit the mount and I have taken some excellent shots and obviously the 14.3 megapixels allow considerable cropping and still retain a good image size.
The live view facility allows it to be used like a modern compact with the screen on the back showing the image that you get through the viewfinder. The real bonus is the ability to rotate the screen up or down (no sideways movement unfortunately, and this allows macro shooting and over crowd shooting without creaking your neck or using shooting blind.
exposure seems a little hit and miss, I am using programme mode mostly as auto pops the flash at the slightest opportunity and that is not good for stock photography. I also use programme mode mostly because it has the 'jpeg plus raw facility' preset and I always edit the RAW file in Photoshop elements 7 to retain all of the detail.
Plus points: size, speed of focus and shutter release, compatibility with other lenses, build quality (esp battery and card 'doors'), pixel count, easy ISO change.
minus points: compatibility of other components (different battery from Minolta 7D, also different contact points therefore my battery grip and battery charger aren't compatible), no depth of field preview.
Genrally very pleased and captured a lot of snow scenes - let me see how they sell!
