Not Good

The Yellow cart will not work, it keeps sending a message that the cartridges are in the wrong place..My printed copies are smudged and don't look good. In general, I don't intend on using this company again,, and I don't recommend anyone else does either. I can't answer the last two questions because I haven't had them long enough. I had to punch no in order to send this message.
