    First time leaving neutral feedback. Item description stated fully tested. When PSU was received I noticed two things: 1) no power cord 2) one SATA port connector was missing I reached out to seller, the response was “pictures are accurate representation of item” in regards to power cord, and “sorry, I didn’t see but did test it” in regards to SATA connector. While the pictures are accurate, the experience was less than expected based on all other purchases I have made.

    Motherboard showed up as photo described but I do wish the seller would have mentioned it would be covered in nicotine. I spent quite a bit of time cleaning this item before being able to use it. Otherwise, good value, item was well packaged.

    Hello, I blow them off with an air compressor when I pulled them out of the servers, they were operated in a warehouse, so its dust, not nicotine, no smoking is done at the site.
