  Item was not packaged correctly to prevent damage to the box (inside box was too small and the top was crushed). It was specifically requested after purchase and pre-shipping that the seller take extra care to deliver the item box in the exact un-damaged condition as advertised and promised as to be delivered "safe and secure". It's also not a wholly accurate product description when compared to the seller's images- the included book is clearly a different color so maybe not the same item sold.
