Great Product!
I started to slouch when I was sitting in a chair or sitting on the bed due to lack of potassium and Vitamin D, after taking for a week I started noticing a difference. I have now been taking for my second month and my slouching is almost completely gone.

An Organization Must Have!
I cannot live without it! I would be all over the place. It is definitely a must have! Plus the colorful pastel pages give it a serene feel.
