Fast Internet
I have not encountered any problems with the modem. Internet is working seamlessly on all our laptops and phones. It does requires downloading the Surfboard Central App. I initially called Xfinity to set up the modem but they were unable and wanted to send a tech. Downloaded the Xfinity app and set up was easy and fast.
Only problem encountered was trying to change the name of the network and password. When I signed into the site using "admin" and "password" I received an error message. I think the only way to change it would be to reset the modem and reinstall.
