Don't waste your time or money

Crap
This is probably the only Honeywell product I've ever had that doesn't work as advertised. In fact, it does work at all. After trying two of them with the same results, I went with another product that DOES work. It's great for telling time, if that's all you want to do. But, I have a wrist watch for that.
Don't waste your time or money.

A Lot of Bang for the Buck!
6 of 8 found this helpful I'm not new to the TWH world. I've been using one for almost 20 years. However, the brand I had before was nowhere NEAR as well-made as this. During the 20 years I used that brand, I had to replace it FOUR times due to leaks. And, I had to replace the motherboard twice due to component failure. The Eco27 is simplicity itself. No convoluted motherboards with a ton of components to burn out. The chambers are COPPER unlike the former brand I had which were plastic or resin. I did a LOT of research before I chose the Eco27. After I installed it (which was a piece of cake following the instructions), I was rather surprised to find how quickly it heated the water. My old unit had four elements and it didn't heat the water as fast as the Eco27 with three. These guys did it RIGHT. Be sure to use their sizing guide to determine which Ecosmart is right for you.
