1 of 1 found this helpful These headphones do a good job of enhancing my hearing while watching TV programs. I'm glad I can adjust the volume, because some programs are louder than others. I watch around 5 or 6 hours of TV daily. I find that, despite the cushioning around the ear pieces, I get some pain and discomfort around both ears after a few hours of use, though. So sometimes I have to give myself a break and take them off. My hearing isn't terrible, so I mainly find them helpful on programs where actors are British speaking or practically whispering. Then I can pick up the minor voice inflections that might otherwise be unintelligible or confusing.
I don't use hearing aids. These are doing the job for now.
I've had a different style from Sony, too, that had a kind of cradle to sit in while not in use for recharging. This style is much easier to get in the right position for recharging. Overall I'm satisfied with the product.

Reliable and helpful.
I've used the same brush for over 25 years! It tells me with a beep and flashing light when it needs to be charged. I have had to replace the brush heads numerous times, but the handle just keeps on running. Put the toothpaste on the brush after wetting it and then brush lower teeth, upper teeth outsides, then lower teeth and upper teeth insides for 30 seconds each and you've got clean, smooth teeth.
After brushing, I simply rinse the brush head off, dry the plastic parts with a towel, replace the plastic brush cover and put it in my drawer. It's good to go for the next brushing. Periodically, I unscrew the brush head and clean the cavity on the top of the handle as well as the bottom of the brush head, because water gets in over time and it gets a bit gunky.
It only has to be recharged about every 15 or 20 brushes and the battery seems to have a LONG life! This is a great tool for tooth and gum health.

Generator restored!
This AVR replaced one that failed on my Generac Q55G in my RV. It's a newer version, but fit exactly. The initial output voltage after installation was only 105 VAC, but after quite a few turns on the adjustment potentiometer, I got it up to 120. Now, I'm very satisfied and confident that I'll have use of the generator when I need it.
