Good deal but ultimately depends on your deployment (and beliefs).
It's an old setup but it performs well. Naturally, there are specific reasons why the price is relatively low.
The biggest issue is that the CPU has a few bugs:
cpu_meltdown spectre_v1 spectre_v2 spec_store_bypass l1tf mds swapgs itlb_multihit
The most significant of which (IMHO) is the Microarchitectural Data Sampling (MDS) vulnerability. Therefore, depending on what you intend to use the machine for you might need to disable hyper-threading. The gentoo website has an especially good write-up about MDS.
Another issue is the Bloomberg report of an alleged Chinese spy chip found in Supermicro boards. But, there has been a lot of skepticism about the veracity of this. I (personally) have my doubts. Not to mention, this is pretty old equipment so... who really knows, perhaps it was made before the supposed hack?
Now, where did I leave my electron microscope again?!?!? Lol
Anyway, for practical purposes, this is a great little workstation setup and a very tough deal to beat in terms of $$$. As always YMMV

Good for getting on the bike even if the weather isn't cooperating. Not that hard to setup. Comes with everything required to turn an actual road bike into a stationary one. The knob that adjusts resistance may be redundant if your bike isn't a single-speed or fixie. If your bike has gears it seems easier to just shift through them to fine tune the difficulty of the work-out. Ultimately it's a nice addition for avid cyclists as well those wanting to get into the sport but are nervous of diving right in without some practice.
