This item is a rubber mask that is too tight to fit comfortably on a normal adult head.

Great System, but Not Enough Suction
2 of 2 found this helpful The problem with this product is that the suction provided by the bulb is wholly inadequate for the intended purpose. It seems to work well enough for nipple play, but as far as clitoral suction is concerned, the bulb will not suffice. The cylinder is more than adequate, but it needs to be used in conjunction with the much heavier duty trigger pump if it is to work as needed.
