Not the same as in the store
3 of 3 found this helpful These are packaged just like original manufactured brushes, but they are not the same quality that I pay double the price at the brick and mortar big box stores. The round brush head separates from the white plastic stick portion of the unit and pinches the side of my mouth, lips and even my tongue. These are the the high quality "Genuine" Braun Oral-B replacement heads. These are defective. This is the 2nd time that I have been suckered into this scam.
