Worth the price, lots of details.
It's a wonderful Lego set, it got doctors and pacients, an ambulance and a helicopter for the paramedic. The set is 3 stores tall and can be remodeled for entertainment, all scenes on it are very playable, with lots of accessories to play with. One of the most amazing detail is the "light brick" that serves as an x-ray image viewer.
The hospital building is 8 by 6 inches and fits perfectly in a city.
