1 of 1 found this helpful I've personally always had the ability to read people but this book taught me so much more. I'm presently writing a novel where the main character uses many of the things in this book to learn the people in a new community she has moved into. I found this book full of valuable information. Highly recommend it just to improve your own life in your day to day living and working.

Loving Someone Forever
2 of 2 found this helpful The first time I viewed this movie was on someone elses recommendation. You see I've never been one to watch very many love stories but when I found out that John Goodman was one of the stars I knew that there would also be humor. The teaming of John Goodman with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter could not have been better. The humor is great and the love between the three is even better. The kicker for me is when Holly as the character Dorinda puts on the dress that Richard as the character Pete had bought her for her not quite her birthday, birthday present and dance alone in her living room to, "Smoke Gets in Your Eyes". I had just made a split from my own guy and that was our song and I cried and cried then rewound that part of the video, watched it again and cried some more. Even though I have been over him for years now that part still gets to me. "Always" is a movie I will never tire of watching and the DVD is to be enjoyed by both men and women alike and would be great addition to any collection.

Bringing a Taste of Louisiana to My Home
2 of 2 found this helpful I do not claim to be a gourmet chef but I do love to cook and being an avid viewer of the Food Network I often watch the Emeril Lagasse cooking shows. I purchased this book mainly to have on hand so I would not be having to write down the recipes as I watch but rather to have the recipes in front of me to make special notations on those exta little tidbits of information that he gives to make those POW creations. It works great for me as I'm sure it would work great for you to cause that POW explosion in your own kitchen.
