Incorrect Add

"14.5ft Retractable pet dog leash with LED flashlight and harness collar in small"
I received a 15.4 leash that's retractable with an LED light but it did not include a small collar or harness. So yes the retractable leash is functionable and the flashlight is helpful but I did not receive what I thought I was purchasing as the item stated that there was a collar included with the retractable leash set. I live in a really remote area so I did not want to wait for everything to be re- shipped so I just used the item that I received since it was close enough to the item that I was wanting to purchase.
