Good product lousy customer service.
0 of 1 found this helpful I ordered from Samsung a sound bar made by Samsung for my Samsung TV.
The sound bar came with a remote control and power cable. My Samsung TV is not blue tooth compatible. The sound bar will not work without an optical cable. Samsung knew this, yet failed to include an optical cable with the order. This should have been a plug and play operation. It wasn't
I purchased the needed optical cable from Amazon for less than $10. Now it works fine.
The remote control comes with instructions that are written so poorly that it took me awhile to figure out how it worked, which should not be an issue with any simple remote control.
My view is Samsung needs a customer service department that listens to its customers.
