boost 35%???

Up to 35% more power ???? - Up to 25 % more torque?????? non fo theme hapend. there is some thing. the car becoms more civilized and for that it will lower consumpsion. but no boost and no torqe. the sellers answerfor my complain is that he never promist any boost
