Amazing
2 of 2 found this helpful it completely pulverizes leafy greens, chia seeds, and anything else u put in it to make smoothies. I haven't tried soup yet but that's next. The variable speed is great- it really has a large range. Its heavy duty. Its the perfect size for one or for two people. Its not very noisy on medium speed but does get louder on high- like most blenders. With spinach there is nothing to chew- no bits at all. Its expensive but if you like quality tools do yourself a favor and get one

works for lefties too
beautiful blade, crazy sharp, and feels good in left hand as well. The curve of the blade is perfect- not as flat as a santoku so it rocks well, but not as large of a curve as a western chef which i like- seems like requires less movement and work. 7" is perfect length, very manageable. Perfect weight- much lighter than western chef but still stiff n sturdy.
