FedEx war nicht in der Lage, die luftdicht verpackte Ware auszuliefern und ließ sie über 2 Wochen im Auslieferungslager liegen bevor sie nach Reklamation beim Händler dann bei uns teilweise verschimmelt ankam. Der Händler schenkte uns darauf 5kg Bio-Walnüsse und erstattete uns die Hälfte des Kaufpreises! Diese Kulanz und Freundlichkeit hat uns beeindruckt! Der Tee ist wie angegeben, völlig in Ordnung. In der Apotheke gab es nur Beutel. Das erste Mal, dass mir etwas mit FEDEX geliefert wurde. Sie versuchen 2x zuzustellen , dann geht es zurück. Für Berufstätige schwierig. Aber es hat geklappt, weil FEDEX bei mir angerufen hat. Der Versand war inklusive, alles zusammen preiswert und in meiner Apotheke nicht so zu bekommen.
