I have one that I have used everyday for over a year. i use it to defrost refrigerators in my job. It makes fast work of melting ice for me. I just got another one for a back up. I cant go a day with out one. It takes about 5 min to heat a full tank. I have only used distilled water in it to keep mineral deposits down and to help it last longer. great item.
