Save your money!
Too basic. You can get better info on line for free. Needed solid storage/preservation advice, not recipes and meal planning.

A must have for your AR
I was very impressed with the high quality of this stock upgrade for my
Ruger AR556. It fits much better than
the original factory stock (no rattle),
and the rubber serrated pad anchors
to your shoulder and isn't moving. Another big plus is the fact that the
pad adds several inches of stock
length for the big guys. I like that.
A great value and a quality piece for
a fraction of what some are selling for.
