Another nice collection of jazz soundtracks by Moochin' About
I bought this set of CDs to fill in my collection of 'Jazz On Film' boxed sets I already owned. This 'Biopic' themed bunch includes some classic songs by Danny Kaye ("The Five Pennies"), and Benny Goodman, plus very enjoyable tracks by famous musicians and composers of the day. This CD set is not as star-studded as some of the other volumes, but the price was extremely reasonable, plus free shipping. An audiophile's bargain!

A Beautiful Union Jack Patch
A high-quality fabric patch, made for iron-on application, but I chose fabric glue for my purpose. I glued it to a denim jean jacket, along with some other Beatles patches and it looks great. I would recommend this to anyone who is a fan of the UK or the Beatles for craft- or artwork.

A Mostly Harmless Mini-series
10 of 10 found this helpful The classic BBC TV miniseries all on one DVD, plus extra features like the "making of" documentary, make this a must have for fans of Douglas Adams, the author (who appears in a few scenes). It also stars Marvin the Paranoid Android, whose hilarious part was severely diminished in the 2005 motion picture. Although the special effects of this original TV series are not up to modern day standards, this production has more charm and character than the glitzy recent update, and follows the books more closely.
