  Received all 4 mugs broken and severely chipped. This was a combined shipping order that had 2 other items in the same box. 1 of the other items was broke also and 1 survived the rough handling of the USPS. The seller was not at fault as determined by my local post office, they determined that the items were adequately packaged and must have been dropped on a hard surface. The seller filed a claim for me, and I received a partial refund. The USPS kept the damaged items. OK seller, He Tried!!
