It's good if that is all you can find.
The book goes just covers enough detail to get someone into real trouble; in that it will not conclude all the material needed in one place and tells you to skip around in the book to find all your answers; instead of locating them where you need them in the project that one is doing. The book also doesn't have enough detail in the manual, like a Harley Davidson's shop manual does. This one just skims the surface of the materials. Once you get into rebuilding a bike with tolerance of thousands of an inch, you had better know what you are doing in there in the first place. Not for a novice engine builder. This book doesn't go into detail with the electrical or just where and how to get at the fuses in the fuse box for example. Leaves too much to figure out on your own and is that not why we bought the book in the first place to get answers to our questions?
