Good little unit (7/10)
For me this item gets a solid 7/10.
What I like:
Sounds good with our Audioengine A2 speakers
Is easy to pair with various iOS/MacOS devices
Runs cool, so no problem leaving it turned on all the time
Range seems excellent
What I don't like:
Pairing LED flashes continuously when nothing is paired, which is distracting.
When the volume output of my iPhone or MacBook Pro is adjusted not much happens initially, then it gets very loud at one end. This does not happen with other bluetooth devices, so I think it might be something to do with the Bluedento.
Conclusion:
Good value for money. Doesn't sound quite as good as a NEET airplay puck, but is more reliable.

I am a Mac guy, or at least I was.
Long story short I am a Mac guy, or at least I was.
Needed a Windows laptop quickly for a few minor development tasks and this fit the bill perfectly.
Mostly being used docked with a 1440p panel. Really nothing bad to report. Everything zips around as expected.
Some things.
* Build quality is excellent.
* Keyboard is very good compared to MBP. Nice to have a little bit of key travel.
* Battery life is acceptable.
* Webcam is flat out appalling, but I didn't buy it for calls anyway.
* Weird placing of air intake on bottom of chassis.
Overall I like the X395 a lot!
