Good Atlas replacement parts
Handrails are often the one thing to be damaged on a model locomotive, so I was very happy to find this sprue of Atlas handrails. I haven't needed it yet, but it is always good to have a set on hand for when the time comes. These handrails are for the circa-2000 era Atlas SD-35, so I don't know how well they would work on a "yellow box" model. On the other hand, we're a resourceful lot so I am sure someone could figure it out.

Perfect for upgrading older freight car models.
I have a lot of older "blue box" and MDC cars on my railroad. They run well and are sturdy for operating sessions, but the cast-on detail and oversized brake wheels and stirrup steps are a visual problem, These Tichy detail parts are perfect for dressing up otherwise good cars. They are rather fragile, but anyone who works with parts like these understands that.

A great model of an American classic.
As a fan of the old TV Series Vega$, I was glad to find a model of Dan Tanna's 57 Thunderbird. I model the late 1970s and this is a good classic to have on my train layout.
