Poor cutting quality

First, it is not made for use by left handed people. The thick blade is ground on one side rather than both sides to the center. When cutting a block of cheese, The knife cannot be held to cut straight; it wants to follow the bevel of the blade edge. Many cheap knives are ground this way to save cost. This knife is no exception. It may look like a Cutco, but it is a joke. It’s nearly impossible to slice cheese in even slices.
