Going to return it
1 of 2 found this helpful The chainsaw seemed to be made pretty well but the batteries don't hold a charge worth a damn and would lose its charge in a minute... I didn't need or expect it to be a powerhouse of a chainsaw but this is totally impractical and will not work. Maybe I got a bad unit that is grounding out the batteries or maybe the batteries are defective but I am returning the item and will keep searching for a cost effective chainsaw that will have enough power to get the job done....
