Sturdy and safe with many applications.
Well designed! Well constructed and very sturdy! Highly recommend.
I use the DEX II 3 or 4 times a day totalling no more than 30 minutes. My constant sciatica pain is gone now after 2 weeks, and I have general improvement in posture. Am hoping that over time the spine stretching will increase the width of my disks and preclude future pinched nerves.
The DEX II allows many different hanging motions to help lubricate the disks and increase their blood flow to help them recover. You can double the stretching power by pushing up on the handles or alternately relieve the pressure by pulling down on the handles.
