It really does make the engine compartment look cleaner than the old bracket.
No problems on mounting the bracket to the block, although it might interfere with mounting the A/C compressor. I mount a new PS pump also with the billet pulley looks very nice on my 85 Chevy Square Body.

Very good part good quality and no damage for an aluminum part.
This part had a very good price, plus the data on which year model was accurate. There were not a lot of unnecessary data sheet to look through.
