Yes but ......
0 of 1 found this helpful I'm running Ubuntu 16.04, and the 2 Gigs of Ram are inadequate. Well have to see how difficult and expensive getting up to 4 Gig will be. It behaves flaky on startup, some times going into computer limbo, and then I have to do a HW restart. Hopefully, memory upgrade will fix it.
My friendly neighborhood ubuntu guru is also trying to talk me into a faster HDD, too. I hope that doesn't turn out to be necessary.
I really hope it does, because I just plain like this machine mechanically. I especially like the built-in scroll/mouse fell.

Can't beat the low eBay price!
No manual - the DVD didn't work
When compared to my other monitor, it seems like the highest few lines of pixel are not there
