  the laptop does not always turn on the first time, and the video card does not work, I explained the situation to the seller that I cannot return it back because I left for 4-5 months to another country, and asked if he could help with the repair, at least partially, but he refused me, and I bought the laptop specifically because of the video card, and it does not work, and the repair at the price of the laptop is about $ 300!

  Hi, I had tested the laptop before shipping and it worked fine. I shipped to the buyer here in the US. I approved a return. The buyer is telling me he can not return it because he moved out of the country. I wanted the laptop back (via return) so I could assess it and refund the money. Wanting the product back is a perfectly reasonable requirement before a refund is issued so that I can fix it or repair myself.
