Great deal
This is a really good deal. Two batteries and charger along with the drill.

Title seems to be accurate
The threads on the nylon adapter were damaged making the adapter want to cross thread. After several attempts (always backing off as soon as it looked like it was going on crooked) I finally took a small file to the adapter to clean up the threads. I'll be looking for a metal piece to replace the adapter.
