as per, it WAS inexpensive
had to modify objective lens cover retention and, cleaning lenses I discovered that the coating was fragile and it could be brighter but hey, this thing was only 1/20th to 1/30th the price of the real deal so they did pretty good with it

first aid? HA it's well-cast but as I suspected too small for my fingers so will have to meticulously grind out 2 fingers on each one
