gets boring after awhile
Very compelling information about British UFO crashes and cover ups but gets boring because there is too much talking about who covered up what and not too much else.

It was very weak for what my wife wanted it for. (her back). Maybe it might be good for knees?

pretty handy and easy to carry. The only negative is that the spin doesn't last long but otherwise, o.k.
