fascintating read and lots of info
the text is interesting ,
some of the photos are rather old and don't show up the detail of the glass as modern photos like the cover one do .
a lot of the book is photos of the old working catalogues, which are line drawings of the various types of items made, which are small and not too easy to see, a magnifying glass is a great help , but would be great for an expert or for identifying that oh so tempting purchase and a testament to the ingenuity of the cutters /designers

this doesnt take up much room, which is great and a key point for me , the sound is wonderful and it is easy to use , plus great value ..
