Not user friendly
1 of 1 found this helpful The one connect box connection in back of the TV was very depressed inward making it impossible to insert the male connector into the female. I had to pry the female connector towards me with a flat head screwdriver to insert the male connector.
I own two Frame TVs, one in Arizona and one in Illinois but my Samsung account will not share my artwork which I purchased for my first TV in Illinois with my second TV in Arizona. It said I need two subscriptions to do this.
