There was a little mixup with the first rug having a border that I didn’t ask for and not only were they really great about recognizing that, but they sent me a brand new rug within a few days. It’s beautiful and absolutely what I wanted! Great service and, great quality!! I would recommend this company to anybody they do a great job and are very fair!
