great for counting carbs
1 of 1 found this helpful we had a 2012 version of the calorie king to help with counting carbohydrates for my 8 yr. old granddaughter, who is a type 1 diabetic and it was very helpful; but we decided we needed an updated version.

tai chi book
This is an excellent book for someone interested in learning about tai chi. It is presented in an interesting, intelligent and sometimes humorous way.

The Canadian Tenors
This was a bd gift to my husband & he has really enjoyed it. I got a glimpse of them from a pbs station, bought it & couldn't be happier.
