An early work by some talented people
It's mildly entertaining. You can see some actors/directors working on their craft in this small, independent movie. A few of them go on to have pretty good careers. And this movie helped them along. It's not bad but it's not great either. Not much of a story. Just some characters showing what the night life in Hollywood in the 90s was like. And a guy trying to get over his ex-girlfriend. And some male bonding. Other than that there's not much to it. It's like a well made student film.

I'm done with French movies.
Maybe it's a language thing. Maybe the translations are bad. But most of the vintage French movies I've seen aren't very entertaining. I get what this movie is trying to do. I mean, it's completely explained and in your face. It's impossible to miss. Maybe that's the problem. Or maybe it's just dated. I get that the 60s were a tumultuous time. I was there. Some of the scenes that are meant to be shocking, are not today. There are some good moments in the film. But some scenes are stretched out so ridiculously long that it's annoying. And that's by design. But testing the audience's patience is not necessarily entertaining. The two main characters, as are most of the characters in this movie, are contemptuous. And that too, is by design. And contemptuous characters can sometimes be entertaining. See Citizen Ruth. But here they're just acrid.

Small enough to fit in your pocket
Approx 4 3/4"x 3"x1". Great point and shoot camera. I wanted something I could take in the rain, heat or cold. Plus it's shock resistant. Perfect for when a dslr is too big. The image quality is about par for this size sensor. Fine detail is not there like larger sensor cameras. That's why only 4 stars. Great for snapshots and family type pics. Not for serious photography. Has all the features you could ever need or use.
